Amsterdam microbrewery Brouwerij ‘t IJ – the perfect spot for a sunny Sunday afternoon in Amsterdam – has a mobile bar! I saw them at the Holland Food Festival on Saturday. It’s great that their delicious yeasty brews are becoming more and more broadly available!
